Dr. Monica Joseph

MonicaJoseph

Dr. Monica Joseph completed her B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur, and her M.Tech. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Her doctoral research focused on the behaviour of Mechanically Stabilised Earth retaining walls subjected to earthquake and high-speed train loading. Her research combines numerical modelling, analytical methods and surrogate modelling to study the performance and resilience of geotechnical structures under dynamic loading.
