She has received Travel Grant of Rs. 116000/- from Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society (GRSS)
2500 delegates from China, India, Germany, Japan, Italy, USA, Canada, and different parts of the world participated in the Symposium
Scientists from NASA, ISRO and European Space Agency presented their research findings
Symposium was inaugurated in the hands of the Emperor and Empress of Japan
The first IGARSS took place in 1981 at Washington, D.C., since then it is organized every year in the last week of July at various parts of the world
