NATIONAL IP YATRA 2024

A 2 day Informative workshop on Intellectual Property Rights held on the 08/02/2024 and 09/02/2024, at Panaji Goa organized by The Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry ASSOCHAM, Govt. of India in association with Ministry of MSME.

The programme was designed for MSME’s, Industries, Startups, Individual Innovators/Inventors, Research Scholars, Academic Institutes, R & D Institutes, Entrepreneurs and young Innovators. It focused on disseminating information right from the Introduction, to protection of Intellectual Property Rights and the various Government schemes that provide assistance for registering an Intellectual Property Right.

It covered the different types of IPR available and their applicability to various Industries. Dignitaries from Ministry of MSME, ASSOCHAM, and the Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Transport, Panchayat and Protocol, Govt. of Goa, spoke on the various steps that are being taken to increase the IP footprint and encourage Innovation. They also spoke on the various Government schemes which help to reduce the initial cost of investment for registering  IPR, thereby easing the cost burden on the Applicant/Inventor.
