KARGIL VIJAY DIWAS

Don Bosco College of Engineering celebrated KARGIL VIJAY DIWAS in the campus commemorating and acknowledging the efforts and gallantry of our Armed Forces. We paid respects and offered salute to the ultimate sacrifice of the martyrs of Kargil, and recorded our everlasting debt to their families. 26 July reminds us the bravery of soldiers who fought, died and survived the extremely difficult situations and environment in defense of our country and for the safety and security of our lives. We distributed wrist bands and also made the students aware of the sacrifices the martyrs of Kargil did for our motherland, India. Our Director, Fr. Kinley D’Cruz, our Principal, Dr. Neena S. P. Panandikar, teaching faculty and students remained silent at the end of the function as a mark of respect.
