TE Computer students attend Digital Marketing Workshop

The C-CODES Students association in association with Department of Computer Engineering  conducted a workshop on Digital Marketing for the students of TE COMPUTER on the 24^th August 2019 in the seminar hall. It was an hour long session from 12pm-1pm. The resource faculty was Mr. Sudip Faldesai, Project Officer, Goa State Innovation Council (GSInC).The coordinator for the seminar was Prof. Merwyn D’Souza. The student coordinators were Miss Gouri Bhatikar and Mr. Alston Dias.

The workshop began with the overview of Digital Marketing, which is an umbrella term for all online marketing efforts. Businesses leverage digital channels such as Google search, social media, email, and their websites to connect with their current and prospective customers. Creating a campaign was shown using Google Adwords and Facebook. The session ended with interactive question and answer session.
