A talk on “Recent Trends in Cybersecurity”

Prof. Sweta Morajkar, Assistant Professor, Computer Engineering Department Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda, gave a seminar on “Recent Trends in Cybersecurity” as a part of DBCE ACM Student chapter and Unnat Bharat Abhiyan activity on February 11, 2023 at GHS Ponda Goa .

Around 30 students and teachers, attended the presentation. Introduction to Cyber security, objectives and other real life scenarios were covered by Ms.Sweta .

She went on to detail of Cyber threats. Additionally, she covered the roles and responsibilities of cyber architect on  recent trends in cyber security like Potential of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, IOT and Cloud Security.

Many of the Professors’ and students’ doubts were dispelled throughout the talk. This sparked the students’ curiosity in the topic of cybersecurity.
