E- CELL Competetion – Analysis Paralysis

On September 9, 2023, a competition ‘Analysis Paralysis’ was conducted for the students of the third year, the topic given to them was on eco friendly and upscaling products

The two judges for the competition were Mr.Tushar from FiiRE and Prof Gaurang Patkar- Head of Department of Computer Engineering. The students took several ideas such as bamboo straws, denim as insulation and several ideas that affect the environment on various levels. The students were given about nearly an hour to research on the topic and then find the right product, it’s challenges, the future scopes and problems in the market. The judges then asked them several questions on how exactly the concept would work in the present time, it’s feasibility and try to find out whether the concept was viable and how well the students had researched and prepared on it.

The judges guided the students well and it was organized in an orderly manner. The faculty co-ordinator was Prof. Swaroopa Sail and the student coordinators were Mr. Ved Kerkar and Mr. Jovan Pinto
