GCCI Student project Competition, Phase-1 conducted by Department of Electronics and Telecommunication
Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI) & Goa State Innovation Council (GSIC) are jointly organizing final year innovative projects Competition for the academic year 2019-20 for students of engineering colleges affiliated to Goa University. It is a unique opportunity to showcase their work and to win recognition and reward. The competition is held in three phases, phase one being college level shortlisting and selection.
A total of 8 entries from final year students of the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication of Don Bosco College of Engineering had registered earlier for the competition. A team of jurors was constituted by the Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department, as per GCCI guidelines to judge the phase-I event. The event was held on February 13 , 2020 from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. The jurors for the event were,

- Myron Rodrigues, Graduate Perception Engineer, Dynium (Alumni of DBCE )
The projects were assessed on the basis of
- Idea Generation – Quality & Clarity.
- Innovative Approach.
- Feasibility in terms of Technology to support the Idea.
Based on the assessment of the jury the following projects were nominated for phase-2 of Final Year innovative Projects Competition:
