Identifying IP Component at Early Stage of Innovation

The webinar on ‘Identifying IP Component at Early Stage of Innovation’ was held on December 1, 2020. It began with a welcome address and introduction of the Speaker-  Adv. Shalini Sitaraman Menezes by student coordinator Mr. Leon D’Souza.

 Adv. Shalini Sitaraman Menezes made an introductory remark saying “Innovation is Everywhere” ,she continued saying that 90 percent of the world’s data has been generated in the last two years.

Further, she explained that we create as much information now as we did from dawn of man through 2003.

Adv. Shalini Sitaraman Menezes also highlighted the difference between a Patent and a Copyright.

The questions posed by participants were answered by the speaker.
