Report on Field Trip

The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering organised a fieldtrip to Goa Waste Management plant (GWMS), on February 5, 2020.The class was accompanied by Prof.  Samantha and Prof. Shreyas.

The students were taken to the auditorium where videos of the establishment and gradual development of the plant were shown. Later they were taken to the plant where they were introduced  to all the machineries and their working .

Thus the efficient use of the waste is made and management is done. This visit to the plant made the students aware that proper waste management is essential for the environment and for the future.
