SEMINAR ON HIGHER EDUCATION – THE MBA EXPERIENCE

The Training & Placement Cell of Don Bosco College of Engineering organized a Seminar on Higher Studies – The MBA Experience for the BE and TE Undergraduate Engineering students on Wednesday, 14 February 2018. The focus of the seminar was on information on MBA and PGDM Programs and their eligibility. The students who were interested in higher studies in management attended the seminar. The session was conducted by Dr. H. Prabhakar, Professor at International Institute for Business Studies, Bangalore, Mr. Pradeepkumar Pednekar, Director, Professional Learning Institute and his team. The talk was interesting and the students gathered information on the scope and benefits of management after engineering.

The points in focus during the talk were: MBA after engineering is not waste of time but technical and management skills together can boost up the personality of a person, they can be effective leaders, team players, entrepreneurs. Students asked several questions at the end of the session.
