Talk by Sunil Shinde on “Sustainable Construction and New Trends in Construction”

Er. Sunil Shinde, Sales Unit Customer Service Incharge -ACC Ltd. Hubli delivered a talk on the  topic “Sustainable Construction and New Trends in Construction” on 08^th August 2018, for the Final year Civil Engineering students.

In his talk , Er. Shinde highlighted the meaning of Sustainability and the need of sustainability. He explained the ways and means by which a sustainable construction can be carried out. He emphasized on the need of energy savings before and after the construction site is functional.  The concept of rainwater harvesting, design of good ventilation and lighting, benefits of landscaping and Energy audit was explained by him.

Er. Amit Lawande-Customer Service Officer South Goa, Er.Tanveer Hooli- Customer Service Officer North  Goa were  also present on the occasion.
