GO TO MARKET STRATEGY FOR ECELL STUDENTS

Don Bosco College of Engineering, on March 27, 2023 as a part of Entrepreneurship Idea to start up course in association with E-cell organized a lecture session on “Go to Market Strategy” for Third year students. The speaker “Mr. Sushant Surlarkar, Founder and Proprietor of SMS Computer Services & Founder and Chief Faculty of Emerging Minds Academy” started the session by asking a question to the students on “What is marketing”. He spoke about What is Go to Marketing, Who needs Go to Marketing and what is Go to Market Strategy. During the session, the students were asked to think of one product which they would like to launch in a market and thinking on what are the points they should consider to launch the product in a market. The topic of utmost importance was “How to create a go to  Market Strategy” wherein the points such as Identifying the problem, Identifying the target market, Research competition and demand, unique selling proposition was discussed which would help one to meet market strategy of their product.

The session concluded with one question on ‘How many students want to start their own business’ which was asked by the speaker to the students. Students were advised to follow all the steps spoken by the speaker while launching any product which would help them to meet market strategy and generate value for their product in any market. The student coordinator for the session was Miss.Gauravi Kamat.
