Fr. Ian Figueiredo, speaking about Don Bosco said that Don Bosco was a priest whose dream at the age of nine pushed him towards shaping the lives of thousands of youth. He further said “We at Don Bosco do not merely educate you to make a living but work towards your holistic development, because intelligence alone, without wisdom, generates monsters in society.” He prayed the students to be honourable, mature flag bearers of a new society. He wished the students success in all that they do.

The new joined staff of the college was then welcomed with a rose by Fr. Ian Figueiredo. The academic calendar for the odd semester of academic year 2024-25 and the current issue of the college quarterly newsletter “Connections” was then released at the hands of the Fr. Ian.
