Faculty Development Program on Mastering the Art of Teaching & Presence

The faculty of Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda, attended an enriching Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled Elev8: Master the Art of Teaching & Presence on 22nd February 2025. The session was organised by the Counselling Cell of the College, with an eminent speaker, Ms. Tarveen Kaur, an internationally recognized Image & Etiquette Consultant, TEDx Speaker, and Founder of Personify Global Academy.

The workshop focused on key aspects of emotional intelligence, professional appearance, communication and soft skills, and personality development. Through engaging group activities and practical demonstrations, participants gained realistic insights into enhancing their professional presence and teaching impact. The session provided expert strategies to improve leadership, confidence, and classroom engagement.

The interactive nature of the FDP allowed faculty members to reflect on their strengths, identify areas for growth, and implement valuable takeaways in their teaching methodologies. The program was well-received and proved to be a transformative experience in personal and professional growth.
