Mr. Aniket Naik invited as Chief Guest for Science Spark 2025

Perpetual Succour Convent High School, Navelim, celebrated Science Spark 2025, an event themed “Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership in Science and Innovation for Viksit Bharat” on February 27, 2025. Prof. Aniket Naik, Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering, Department at DBCE was the Chief Guest and Sr. Berna Rodrigues (Superior General, Congregation of SFN) was the Guest of Honor.

Prof. Aniket, emphasizing the need for scientific thinking, curiosity, and innovation, highlighted the vast opportunities in STEM fields and encouraged students to be part of India’s technological transformation. He stated, “Science is the key to unlocking the future. Stay curious, question everything, and be fearless in your pursuit of knowledge.”

Tr. Sheila, in her speech, encouraged students to stay informed about scientific and technological advancements. The event concluded with the felicitation of meritorious students in science projects, followed by a walkthrough of the students’ science exhibits by the guests.
