Effective Public Session (EPS) by E-Cell

The Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda, in association with JCI Ponda, successfully organized an Effective Public Session (EPS) to enhance students’ communication and leadership skills. The session was graced by the esteemed guest speaker, JCI Senator Nirmesh Tyagi, a distinguished author of JCI, a prestigious designation representing the highest level of contribution to JCI’s knowledge and training resources. The event began with a warm welcome by Ex-Member Mr. Shrinivas Inamdar to Mr. Tyagi and the enthusiastic members of E-Cell , who eagerly anticipated gaining valuable insights from the session.

Mr. Tyagi engaged the participants in a series of interactive and enjoyable activities that not only captivated their attention but also helped them understand key principles of public speaking. Through these activities, students were introduced to the PEOPLE and PAMPERS principles, essential techniques to implement when delivering an impactful speech. The session received an overwhelmingly positive response from attendees, who expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to learn from an expert. Many students shared that the session significantly improved their confidence and understanding of structuring speeches effectively. The program concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participants, followed by a heartfelt vote of thanks by the Chairman of E-Cell, Mr. Thushar Jitendran Nair, who acknowledged the contributions of the speaker and the organizing team in making the event a great success.
