Awareness Program for Junior Engineer Posts – Government of Goa

An online awareness program was conducted on 1st August 2025 at 4:00 PM, focusing on the 439 vacancies announced by the Government of Goa across various departments through the Goa Staff Selection Commission. This initiative aimed to inform Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering students about the available opportunities and the application process.

The program highlighted the following Junior Engineer posts:

  • Junior Engineer (Electrical): 88 vacancies
  • Junior Engineer (Civil): 132 vacancies
  • Junior Engineer (Mechanical): 25 vacancies

Out of the 49 students who registered for the program, 29 actively participated via Google Meet. The session lasted for one hour and was led by Mr. Anisha Kulkarni, the spokesperson for the event.

Mr. Kulkarni provided detailed information about the vacancies and eligibility criteria for the candidates. He explained the structure of the test paper and the marks distribution for various sections, helping students understand the exam pattern thoroughly. Additionally, he introduced the Bodhi Academy as a valuable resource for candidates preparing for the Goa Staff Selection Commission exams.

The session concluded with a Q&A segment, where students asked questions regarding the application process and other related queries, ensuring clarity and confidence among the participants.

This program served as a crucial platform to guide aspiring engineers in their journey toward government job opportunities in Goa.
