Intercollegiate Table Tennis Championship Report

The Men’s and Women’s Table Tennis teams of Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda participated in the Intercollegiate Table Tennis Championship organized by Goa University.

Men’s Team Performance:

• The boys’ team began their campaign with an impressive win against PPG Goa University in the first round.
• They later faced a strong Dempo College, Cujira team and lost in the second round.
• The team displayed commendable effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

Women’s Team Performance:

• The girls’ team played their first match against GEC Farmagudi and, despite a spirited performance, lost the match.
• The players showcased good coordination and determination on the court.

Tournament Overview:

• A total of 45 men’s teams and 39 women’s teams participated in the championship.
• The event was successfully organized by Goa University, bringing together top collegiate table tennis talent from across the state.

Both the teams represented Don Bosco College of Engineering with pride and showed great potential for future tournaments.
