The workshop focused on strategies to improve cost efficiency and enhance the global competitiveness of MSMEs through productivity improvement, technological advancement, and cluster-based development. Representatives from diverse sectors including Kokan Maritime, Tourism, Pharma, IT, and Food Processing participated, sharing valuable insights on industry-specific challenges and solutions.

Experts conducted informative sessions on cost management, lean manufacturing, digital transformation, and government initiatives designed to strengthen MSMEs. The event also provided a valuable networking platform for industry professionals, policymakers, and entrepreneurs, fostering collaboration aimed at building a robust and sustainable MSME ecosystem in Goa.

The participation of DBCE faculty and students in such industry-oriented initiatives reflects the college’s commitment to bridging the gap between academia and industry, while promoting innovation and practical learning beyond the classroom.
