DBCE Emerges as Joint Winners at the Goa Open Innovation Challenge 2025 (Student Category)

Don Bosco College of Engineering (DBCE) secured a proud achievement at the Goa Open Innovation Challenge 2025 under the Student Category, with a team of Second-Year Computer Engineering students emerging as joint winners in their respective Problem Statement, on 14th February 2026.

The winning team comprised Mast. Dattaprasad Narendra Prabhu, Miss Chhavi Sanjay Kumar Dubey, and Miss Keerthi Sanjana Durjati. The Goa Open Innovation Challenge 2025 was organized by the Government of Goa in collaboration with the Startup and IT Promotion Cell, Goa, with the aim of encouraging innovative solutions to real-world problems.

The team advanced through multiple competitive stages of the challenge, first securing a place among the Top 30 teams out of nearly 100 participants. They then progressed to the Top 5 before ultimately emerging as joint winners in the grand finale. Their achievement reflects strong technical expertise, innovative thinking, and effective problem-solving skills in addressing practical challenges.

The institution congratulates the students on this commendable accomplishment and extends its best wishes for their continued success in future academic and professional pursuits.
