“Business Model Canvas & Proof of Concept” session held by E-Cell

A session on “Business Model Canvas & Proof of Concept” was organized by the Entrepreneurship Cell of Don Bosco College of Engineering on 11th April 2026.

The session was conducted by Ms. Mathilda Colaco, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics & Computer Science, DBCE. She explained the key aspects of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and key components such as value proposition, customer segments, revenue streams, and cost structure. Additionally, the concept of Proof of Concept (POC) was discussed, emphasizing how ideas can be validated before full-scale implementation.

Overall, the session was very beneficial for second-year E-Cell students, helping them develop a clear understanding of startup fundamentals and entrepreneurial thinking.
