CIRCUIT DESIGNING

The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in association with the DBEATS (Don Bosco Electronics and Telecommunication Society) organized a one day workshop on “Circuit Designing” for the students of SE ETC on 24th August, 2019. The sessions were conducted for the students by faculty members, Prof. Deron Rodrigues and Prof. Melba D’Souza.

The objective of this workshop was to

  • Introduce Circuit Designing which is an integral part of any Electronic Gadget or Robotics.
  • Brief students about how to design any circuit and the logic behind it.

Following sessions were conducted during this Workshop

  • Session I: Introduction to Basic Electronics and Practical Use of Electronics Components
  • Session II: Introduction to Circuit Designing (My First Circuit)  – Hands on Session
  • Session III: Advanced Circuit Designing -Hands on Session

Different Circuits using LDR, Relay, 555timer, Regulators etc. were designed and tested during the Hands on session

To test the practical abilities and to know if the students understood the concepts taught, Pre-Assessment and Post-Assessment Quiz was conducted.
