International Conference on Innovative Sustainable Computational Technologies at Graphic Era University ,Dehradun

The International conference on Innovative Sustainable Computational Technologies (CISCT 2019) was held on 11^th and 12^th October 2019 at Graphic Era University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. It was sponsored by IEEE, CSIR and Science & Technology Council, Govt. of Uttarakhand. The research paper titled “Glass Cleaning Robot for High Rise Buildings“ was presented in the conference by Prof. Ajit Salunke ,HOD ,Department of Mechanical Engineering, DBCE ,Goa and Prof . Swapnil Ramani, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, DBCE ,Goa. The research work dealt with the design and fabrication of glass cleaning robot to eliminate the hazards and improve the effectiveness of the glass cleaning process. The session chair was Dr. P. Sateesh Kumar, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) ,Roorke. The work was appreciated at the conference by the session chairs and suggestions;& motivation to carry out the work on a larger scale eventually leading to commercialization of product was also given.

The conference concluded with the valedictory function where the paper presenters were handed out certificates. The conference was an enlightening and enriching experience for the faculty members.
