Webinar on “Design Thinking – How does it fit innovation and invention”

On December 8, 2020, Don Bosco College of Engineering held an online webinar on “Design Thinking – How does it fit innovation and invention” , which was organized by Faculty Coordinator Ms. Grebian Alemao, moderated by Prof. Suraj Marathe and student coordinator Mr. Aloysius Coelho do Amaral.  Which was led by Mr. Deepak Pathania who was the panelist for the webinar. There were 100 participants who took part in this webinar which included students, faculty and entrepreneurs.
Prof. Suraj Marathe was the moderator for the event who gave a brief introduction on the topics that were going to be discussed and introduced  to the panelist and speaker for that evening.

Mr. Deepak Pathania presented multiple slides and videos of his inventions and innovations such as the Digi-valet which was a small little product designed for old people in time of immediate help, to large scale innovations such as Smart Vaults for ICICI Banks.
He told the participants about his inventions, AB-TAB which was a piece of gyming equipment designed to look like a stand up table and also about his other invention such as the Multi-Mask, which was a fully washable mask with an attachment in the front for a face shield as well as future innovative ideas such as oxygen line and along with other such ideas.

 Soon after, the Question-and-Answer round began which the students had prepared for Mr. Deepak Pathania on the topics that were spoken upon.
Prof. Suraj Marathe took over and introduced the student coordinator, Mr. Aloysius Coelho do Amaral to give the vote of thanks.
