Mechanical Department of DBCE Participates in SCIFFI 21

The 6th edition of the Science Film Festival of India (‘SCI-FFI 21’) was organized by Vidnyan Parishad, Goa on March 17 and 18, 2021 at Maquinez Palace, Panjim. An innovation exhibition was held in association with IIT Goa, NIT Goa, Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda, Goa state Innovation Council and Indosaw at the old GMC building.

A project titled “Atmospheric Water Generator”, mentored by Prof. Gaurish Samant was displayed by the Mechanical Department and final year student, Pankaj Kumar  participated in the event. More than 1000 students from various schools and colleges and the general public visited the expo. Prof. Ajit Salunke, Prof. Satyesh Kakodkar and Prof. Gaurish Samant also visited SCIFFI 21 and interacted with the young innovators. DBCE has associated with SCIFFI since the year 2019.
