Report on “National Webinar on Research, Innovation and Ranking”

Under the Institution’s Innovation Council as MIC Driven Activity for Quarter 4, the faculty and students of Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda attended the online “National Webinar on Research, Innovation and Ranking” as part of the one-year celebration of National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) held on August 11, 2021.
Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State for Education and External Affairs, Govt. of India was the ‘Chief Guest’ for the program while Prof. K. VijayRaghavan, Principal Scientific Advisor, Govt. of India was the ‘Guest of Honor’.
As part of the webinar, panel discussions were held on Ensuring Excellence and Relevance in Research, Building Innovation & Entrepreneurial Ecosystem, Strategy for HEIs for excelling in Global Rankings.
The webinar was very fruitful and enriching as many suggestions were given, which can help shape the future of the country’s education and make the country number one in the field of education.
