SANKRITI 2022

The Civil Engineering Students Association (CESA) of Don Bosco College of Engineering (DBCE) Fatorda organized ‘Sankriti 2022’ from October 20-21, 2022. ‘Sankriti’ is a technical event that provides opportunity to many students from all over to put forward their talents. There were over 100 participations from colleges such as Goa College of Engineering, Father Agnel Polytechnic, Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, Bicholim Polytechnic, Perpetual Succor, Mustifund Aaryans, and National Institute of Technology Goa.    

In the inaugural function on October 20, 2022, held at DBCE was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest Engineer Deogonda Patil. Mr. Rohan Viegas and Miss Clarita De Souza welcomed the dignitaries. Director – Rev Fr. Kinley D’Cruz and Principal – Dr. Neena Panandikar motivated the students as they addressed the gathering.

 The 1^st day  of Sankrit had events like truss design,quiz competition, AutoCAD competition that challenged their time management and designing skills.

The 2^nd day started with the slump test that challenged the minds of all the students followed by the final round of the quiz competition

For the valedictory function  which was held on October 21,2022, Engineer Shrikanth Dhond graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The Chairman of CESA Mr. Sahil Patil welcomed the dignitaries and  Miss Sumran Mogale read out the report for Sankriti 2022.
