AICTE-UKIERI Technical Leadership Programme

Prof. Gaurang S Patkar, HoD , Department of Computer Engineering, Don Bosco College  of Engineering, was selected for AICTE-UKIERI Technical Leadership Development Program. He was selected amongst 1200 applicants from 21 States across the country. The Experts for the program were from Dudley College UK, which include Mr. Dean Price, Mr. Thomas and Ms. Hellen

The First phase of the training was completed at the AICTE office, New Delhi from August 6^th – 9^th 2019. The major focus of this phase was leadership & management skills, different leadership styles, motivational theory & styles, discovering the challenges across technical education etc. The participants across India were also asked to choose a Change Project to bring change in their respective institutes. The second and third phase will be in Jodhpur and Raipur.

All selected participants have to attend all the three workshops and carryout a Change Management Project. The participants are expected to submit the written assignment and complete the Change Project in their organization to receive the certificate from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management.
