Asst. Prof. Kimberly Morais, invited as Speaker for eSim workshop
Asst. Prof. Kimberly Morais of the Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department of Don Bosco College of Engineering was invited as a Speaker for a 3 Day workshop on Electronic Circuit Simulation using eSim that was organised by the FOSSEE eSim team at IITB (Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay). The workshop was conducted via online mode during the period between February 11, 2021 to February 13, 2021.
The FOSSEE project is part of the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India. FOSSEE promotes a lot of open source software,out of which one is eSim.
The aim of the workshop was to introduce to the participants how to work with the eSim software and also make them aware of the different activities carried out by the FOSSEE eSim team.
The Speaker elaborately explained how the eSim software was used to engage practical sessions. The session was well received and attended by around 100 participants.
