BIM REVIT ESSENTIAL COURSE
An online BIM Revit course was organized as a finishing school initiative by the Department of Civil Engineering, Don Bosco College of Engineering in association with A. P. Shah Institute Of Technology, Thane, Maharashtra from 23rd August to 28th August 2021. The course Instructor was Mr. Aakash Milind Vichare and was managed by Prof. B. R. Anirudha and Prof. Kaushik V. Pai Fondekar . A total of nineteen final year students enrolled themselves for this course.
The one week course focused on training students to use Autodesk Revit 2019 software. Students were provided with the relevant study material to be used throughout the course. The Instructor began the course emphasizing on the basics and gradually proceeded with the structural and architectural aspects with practical examples of G+2 and higher structures which were modeled in realistic domains step wise throughout the week.
The students were constantly assessed after every session with online quizzes and assignments which were used for grading in their Certification process.
