Blood Donation Camp by DBCE NSS

The NSS unit of Don Bosco college of Engineering, Fatorda in association with Blood Bank, Hospicio, Margao conducted a blood donation camp in the institute premises on 30th April 2025. An eight member team headed by Dr. Ravin Rego from Hospicio Blood Bank visited the institute for the blood collection. Also present was Mr. Harison Cota, NSS Program Officer, DBCE. Altogether 70 students and staff came forward to donate blood. However due to low/high haemoglobin, blood pressure and other medical conditions, some could not donate. In all 48 volunteers including 6 females and 10 staff members donated blood and helped save many lives.
