The FOSSEE project is a part of the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India. This project has been promoting the electronic circuit design skills of students in India through the home grown software, eSim.  eSim is being used by the Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department of Don Bosco College of Engineering to aid various teaching activities.  A successful project of FOSSEE undertaken with eSim is that of Circuit Simulation through collaborative contribution. This project allows people to design circuits using eSim, and offers them to the community. Ms. Kimberly Morais of Don Bosco College of Engineering has contributed to this activity by submitting 5 circuit simulations. With these submissions the college has attained a national ranking of 12. Don Bosco College of Engineering aims at further promoting Engineering education through FLOSS (Free Libera Open Source Software) tools.
