Expert Talk on “PLC, HMI and VFD”

The Department of Electronics and Computer Science (ECS) organized a talk on PLC, HMI and VFD for the final year students of ETC (Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering) and Mechanical Engineering on June 6, 2023, as a requirement to understand the purpose of the Finishing School. The Resource person for the talk was Ms. Sanjita Nadkarni, Project In-charge and Trainer – Autotech Technologies. The talk was to educate students on the importance of Automation skills required to join an Automation Industry. It was to boost the initiative taken by the institute to organize a Finishing school and make the students Industry ready. Around 100 students from the departments of ETC and Mechanical attended the talk and showed great interest. The talk was arranged by Prof. Flavia Leitao, who is the faculty in-incharge for the Finishing School from the Department of Electronics and Computer Science.
