Guest Lecture Talk on Value Education

The Counseling department organized a guest lecture for the B.E. classes from the 7th of August to the 10th of August, 2017, during the value education lecture.
The guest invited was Mr. Malcom Dias, a Mechanical Engineer with a degree in MBA from GIMs and an added degree from Berkley University in Sound Engineering. He is currently the director of T.I.M.E.
Mr. Dias spoke on how students should prepare for an interview; how to build ones resume; how to answer aptitude tests, group discussions, etc. Mr. Dias also shared real life experiences of engineers in different streams.
The response and feedbacks from the students were very good and many students shared that the lecture helped them realize the importance of preparing and working on their aptitude skills, as well as putting together a good resume.
The lectures were coordinated by Ms. Grebian Alemao and Mrs. Maya Lin Noronha.
