Mr.Amey Kerkar at Vidnyan Dhara 2026

Mr.Amey Kerkar, Asst. Professor, Department of Computer Engineering conducted a session on “Imagine with AI: Create, Explore, Innovate!” at MEF’S Ayesha Girls High School and MEF’s Fatima High School, Ponda resp. on February 11th and at Lokmanya Tilak Vidyalaya, Kavalem, Ponda on 2nd February 2026. This was part of the Vidnyan Dhara 2026 initiative by the GSHEC, DHE, Govt. of Goa.

The students showed incredible enthusiasm as we explored the frontiers of technology, focusing on:

• Creative Generation: Video, music, and photorealistic imagery.
•   Prompt Engineering: Teaching students how to search the right way and communicate effectively with AI tools.
•   Ethical AI: Emphasizing the responsible and moral use of these powerful technologies.

The response from these young minds was overwhelming! It is so rewarding to see them embrace AI not just as a tool, but as a partner in innovation.
