Prof. Yeshudas Muttu bags DBHEI National Award 2022

Don Bosco Higher Education India (DBHEI) is a body set up by the Salesian Provincial Conference of South Asia (SPCSA) for reflection, sharing and coordination among those involved in the youth ministry in Don Bosco institutions of Higher Education. 

The main objective of DBHEI Faculty award is to encourage teachers and teacher educators to try out innovative ideas and practices for improvement of teaching, learning and evaluation using modern pedagogies and ICT. For the effort put forth towards students, Prof. Yeshudas Muttu was presented the National Award for Innovative Practices in Teaching Learning Evaluation (TLE) 2022 at the hands of Dr. Michal Vojtas SDB – Professor, Salesian Pontifical University, Rome and Fr. Januarius Sangma SDB – Provincial Incharge of Higher Education, DBHEI at the All India Don Bosco Education Society IUS South Asia Continental Conference and Workshop 2022, Citadel, Salesian Provincial House, Chennai. He introduced new strategies/ modified methods for improvement of teaching learning process.

The Task-based learning, WhatsApp Learning, Circuit designing through industry oriented software, Professional documentation were the few innovative teaching practices implemented by Prof. Yeshudas Muttu.
