Session on ‘Navigating Your Interview Journey: A Comprehensive Guide’

The Training & Placement Cell, IQAC, and the Department of Computer Engineering of Don Bosco College of Engineering jointly organized an engaging and insightful session titled ‘Navigating Your Interview Journey: A Comprehensive Guide’ aligned to SDG – 4: Quality Education for the Third-Year Students of Computer Engineering. The session took place on Monday, 17 November 2025, and was conducted by Ms. Shraddha Chawdekar, Senior Human Resource Manager, Infuse.

Ms. Shraddha provided an overview of interview types and practical strategies for effective preparation. She highlighted the traditional, virtual, and panel interviews and outlined the methods to research companies, understand job descriptions, and craft strong personal narratives. She introduced the key interview question categories – introduction, behavioural, and situational and explained with guidance on the structured responses using the STAR method. She emphasized on professional body language, dressing appropriately, and building rapport.

The session concluded with a vote of thanks expressing gratitude to Ms. Shraddha Chawdekar for her time and valuable inputs. Students left the session with renewed confidence and a clear understanding of how to approach interviews strategically.
