Talk on “Preventive Vigilance Awareness”

The Bank of India, Fatorda Branch, organized a talk on “Preventive Vigilance Awareness” on 9th October 2025, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the FiiRE Auditorium. The session was organized as part of the campaign under Vigilance Awareness Week. 

Mr. Shaunak Tyagi, Senior Manager, spoke about customer rights, financial inclusion, and prudence. He also elaborated on various cyber crimes in relation to banking and finance, and preventive measures. At the conclusion of the session, staff members interacted with the speaker and sought clarifications on various aspects of cyber and digital fraud.

The session was attended by the faculty members and staff of DBCE. Rev. Fr. Wilfred Fernandes, along with the Heads of various Departments, was present for the talk. It was coordinated by Dr. Ajit Salunke and Mr. Amogh Phadke.
