TEACHERS’ DAY 2018

The Teachers’ Day celebrations began with delicious snacks served to all the staff on 5^th September at 9:30am in the auditorium. The comperes Ms. Stella Tom and Mr. Noah Gracias welcomed the Management and Staff members. Prof. Sweta Morajkar , Department of Computer Engineering , rendered a beautiful medley of Konkani and Hindi songs.

The Director- Rev. Fr. Kinley D’Cruz , Rector Rev Fr. Paul D’Sousa,  Principal – Dr. Neena S. P. Panandikar, Registrar Dr. Kala Nayak  and the Heads of Departments together, cut a cake, which was then distributed to all the staff members present on the occasion.

Dr. Neena S. P. Panandikar also spoke on the occasion and praised the efforts and enthusiasm that the staff members continue to put in. A video of candid moments captured during SPACE 2017 was also presented by Principal- Dr. Neena S. P. Panandikar.

Director, Rev. Fr. Kinley D’Cruz encouraged the staff members and appreciated their efforts towards the institute followed by a beautiful video.

Rev. Fr. Paul D’Souza addressed the gathering and motivated the staff members to work together towards the vision of the institute. A beautiful medley of retro and new Bollywood tunes was presented by three first year mechanical students along with a Second Year Civil student. This was followed by the college dance group who gave a spectacular performance. The college band enthralled the audience with their beautiful music. “Mech Muse”, the First Year Mechanical Group, mesmerised all with beautiful harmony and rhythm.

Rev. Fr. Kinley D’Cruz, Rev Fr. Paul D’Sousa, Principal Dr. Neena S. P. Panandikar and Registrar Dr. Kala Nayak distributed mementos to each staff member as a token of love and appreciation which was then followed by a lunch hosted by the Principal.
