Webinar on Career Opportunities in rapidly changing Built Environment sector

A webinar on “Career Opportunities in rapidly changing Built Environment sector” was organized for the final year students Department of Civil Engineering, Don Bosco College of Engineering in association with RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University on September 29, 2021.

Prof. Dr. Sanjay Patil MRICS, Associate Dean and Director of school of construction, RICS SBE, Mumbai was the speaker. Mr. Patil elaborated on the career opportunities in rapidly changing built environment sector and the technological advancement that are taking place in the 21^st century and replacing the need of humans in the workforce and also the post effects of COVID-19. Further in his talk, Mr. Patil, highlighted the upcoming projects in the field of construction and the skill required for the same. Further addressing the students, Mr. Patil enlightened them on the different fields where one can build skills like Drone technology, 3D- printing,, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Building information modeling (BIM), Internet of things (IoT), Integrating tech as solution, health and safety.
