Webinar on – ‘Higher Studies Abroad’

The Training and Placement Cell of Don Bosco College of Engineering arranged a webinar on Higher Studies Aboard the as a part of the webinar series on Higher studies & competitive exams after engineering for students of Don Bosco College of Engineering of all years and all branches. The talk was organized on Saturday, 29^th August 2020 on Google Meet from 10 AM to 11:30 AM.

The talk was delivered by Mr. Suhas Tendulkar and Ms. Kamini Vidisha.  Suhas is an electrical engineer and a management graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has over 18 years of professional experience in various companies including Reliance Industries and Suzlon Energy. He scored 760 (99 percentile) in GMAT and has given personalized training to graduate students for GMAT/ GRE.

Kamini Vidisha is the Co-founder of Univadmithelp.com and acadru.com. She is a Computer Science Engineer from Mody University, a supply chain graduate from Cardiff University. She is one of the Lead mentors at UAH and guides students to get into top ivy league schools for UG, Masters, MBA and MIM.

The speakers explained the preparation and details of applying for GRE. They also explained about the exam pattern and how to prepare for various sections of GRE exam. The students asked many interesting questions which were answered in detail by speakers. They encouraged students to start preparing for GRE, TOEFL & IELTS exams from the third year. The webinar was concluded by Dr. Shreyas Simu and Prof. Avila Naik by thanking the speakers for their valuable time and inputs.
