WEBINAR ON “PROJECT RUBRICS AND DOCUMENTATION”

The Final Year Project Quality Assurance Committee (FYPQAC), Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, organised a webinar on “Project Rubrics and Documentation” on June 26, 2021. The resource people for the webinar were Prof. Anisha Cotta and Prof. Priyanka Padiyar. The webinar was attended by faculties from Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering via online platform.

The objectives of this webinar were to introduce the faculties to the rubrics and the documentation to be followed for the final year projects.

The webinar commenced with a detailed explanation on the general flow of the project work from the inception of idea to the completion and submission of the project thesis by Prof. Anisha Cotta. She said, “The rubrics that are formulated by FYPQAC are based on the various phases of the project flowchart, due to which it is important that we adhere to it”. It was followed by a briefing on the project marks allocation scheme by Prof. Priyanka Padiyar. The faculties were introduced to the various rubrics to be followed for evaluating and awarding marks to the project groups for every review.

Thereafter, the various documents related to project work were discussed and presented by Prof Anisha Cotta. She stressed on the need to maintain proper documentation and later highlighted the project themes for the next academic year.

The webinar was very interactive and concluded with a session wherein the queries of the faculties were addressed.
