“Wings of Opportunity” Webinar Series

To inspire youth to explore careers in civil aviation, the Indian Aviation Academy launched the “Wings of Opportunity” webinar series, an initiative exclusively designed for institutions that have signed an MoU with the Airports Authority of India (AAI) under the Pradipti Internship Scheme.

As part of this initiative, Don Bosco College of Engineering organized a Collective Viewing Session for B.E. students on 17th September 2025, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. The session was themed “India’s Civil Aviation and AAI’s Pioneering Role” and was presented by the General Manager (Training), AAI.

The presentation highlighted the remarkable progress of the Indian aviation sector under AAI’s leadership, with emphasis on recent achievements, infrastructure developments, and industry expansions. It also showcased the diverse career prospects and emerging opportunities within the field of civil aviation.

The event witnessed the participation of over 25 students and faculty members from various departments. It was successfully coordinated by Prof. Norman Dias and Dr. Nitendra Palankar.
