World Entrepreneurship Day Celebration by Business Voices, BNI Goa

The World Entrepreneurship Day celebration, organized by Business Voices, BNI Goa, was held with great enthusiasm on 21^st August 2025, and proved to be an enriching experience for all participants. The event brought together entrepreneurs, business leaders, students, and professionals to celebrate innovation, leadership, and the spirit of entrepreneurship.

The event was graced by distinguished dignitaries. Dr. Pramod Sawant, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, was the Chief Guest of the program. The Guests of Honour included Mr. Shrinivas Dempo, a leading industrialist of Goa, and Dr. Ganesh Gaonkar, who shared their valuable insights on entrepreneurial growth and leadership.

The main speaker, Mr. Floyd Tavares, conducted an engaging and interactive session. His talk inspired the audience by emphasizing the importance of focus, creativity, and personal growth in entrepreneurship. He also organized activity-based sessions, including meditation and practical exercises, which helped participants connect with the theme of inner clarity and vision in entrepreneurship.

The event served as an excellent platform for networking and learning, particularly for young aspiring entrepreneurs. A few of our E-Cell students had the privilege of attending this prestigious celebration. Dr. Norman Dias & Prof. Amey Tilve were also the part of this event. They not only gained exposure to the ideas shared by eminent leaders but also experienced first-hand the importance of innovation, leadership, and mindfulness in entrepreneurship. Our very own Mr. Sai Rane from Third year Computer Engineering got recognized for his excellence in the field of entrepreneurship. Mr. Sai Rane has done fantastic evolution in the field of agriculture to grow micro grains in this environment. 

Overall, the World Entrepreneurship Day celebration by Business Voices, BNI Goa, was a grand success and left the participants motivated to pursue their entrepreneurial journeys with renewed passion and determination.
