A workshop on “Prototyping Design”

The Institution Innovation Council (IIC)of Don Bosco College of Engineering organised a workshop on “Prototyping Design”  on  March 13, 2023 .Mr. Siddhant Panjikar introduced the IIC Don Bosco College of Engineering  and gave an overview of its’ function, objectives & activities.

The session began with a briefing on the concept generation and the various data collection methods that are required to generate the cake making machine.

The participants were informed and explained to on how the company Tvasta began and what were the processes involved in setting it up. They explained different materials used for 3D printing. A demonstration on how the laser cutter works was the highlight of the session. The session ended with a Q&A session, allowing the participants to clarify their doubts about how to design and develop the prototype.
