The BITS Pilani Ideathon, organized by the BITS BioCyTiH Foundation, brought together students from top-tier institutes nationwide to showcase their startup concepts. This highly competitive event has supported over 100 student-led startups through grants, loans, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Team Neural Kissan belonging to Don Bosco college of Engineering, composing of Sai Rane, Pranav Naik, Kapil Patil, and Rhys Rodrigues, secured the third-place position in a tough competition where the first two prizes were claimed by BITS Hyderabad. Their groundbreaking approach pioneers a labor-free system employing AI and IoT to cultivate safe, high-quality organic produce year-round. By meticulously controlling variables like climate and space, their integrated solution revolutionizes farming accessibility, akin to the first Tesla in agriculture.

The achievement of securing third place marked a significant milestone for the team amidst the competition from BITS, a renowned institute known for its excellence. They deeply appreciate the opportunity to participate in this esteemed and challenging event.
