Don Bosco College of Engineering students develop Sanitizing Robot, Receives appreciation from Honourable Chief Minister of Goa Dr. Pramod Sawant & Honourable Health Minister of Goa Shri. Vishwajeet Rane
Final year Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering students of Don Bosco College of Engineering (DBCE) have developed a sanitizing Robot, which works remotely and can sanitize closed offices, open markets, public areas, Hospitals etc without the intervention of any frontline workers.
Mr. Vivek Khadilkar, Mr Saeel Kamat & Ms. Drasti Naik have developed and tested the project under the guidance of Prof. Mohini Naik Gadekar & Prof. Michelle Viegas, Asst. Professors at DBCE. They have received the guidance and support from the Director Fr. Kinley D’Cruz, Principal Dr Neena Panandikar & HOD Dr. Varsha Turkar.
Honourable Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant, appreciated the work done by the students and encouraged them to work further for the benefit of the society. Students also received appreciation and encouragement from the Honourable Health Minister of Goa Shri. Vishwajeet Rane.
